It's been awhile

Sorry that it has been awhile since I have written anything. I have not had a moment. Things have been a little crazy at my house. My mother is doing much better and today is her first day back at work.
I have been knitting though. I made some felted bowls. The pattern is from the book One-Skein. I am also in the process of knitting a bag from the Pursenalities Plus book. There are a few of the bags in that book that I am thinking of knitting. I am still working on the shawl in the Helen's Lace yarn. That is one very slow going project!
I have decided to take a Cabling class. I tried to teach myself to cable, butI just keep messing it up royally, so I decided to take a class.
And that's it for now.

Oh, I have been wanting to make the bowls too! Was it a fairly simple process? Cabling is fun, once you get the hang of it, there'll be no stopping you! ;-)

The bowls were so easy! They are fast projects - you
can knit one per night. I made one large and one small.
